Shedara is excellent!
Amazing maseus and body work expert. I have been going to her for years. Makes it so I can keep lifting weights and being in tip top shape for my physical activities. Can' t say enough about this awesome lady.

Best. Massage. Ever. I cannot recommend Cedar and Sage enough. I have had a knot in my shoulder blade for weeks... the tension ran all the way up my neck and was causing me migraines. Shedara melted that knot like butter! I can't wait for my next massage!
Shedara is wonderful! I’ve been seeing her for a few years now and always feel so much better after a session. Highly recommend to anyone who is local.
