Pricy no central air..no updates...maintenance person is under qualified. They cut corners. Leaky sinks etc..spray painting rusted out tubs...
Outrageous prices they don't fix anything
Worst apartment complex in Scottville. They are slum lords, they say they work with their tenants but they don’t. I wouldn’t refer anybody to move into these apartments. My apartment was as is when I moved in and they expected it to been a brand new apartment when I moved it. They are not realistic at all. If I could rate them at less than 1 star I would.
