The person responsible for calls and messages here is completely irresponsible. We called multiple times during listed business hours — no answer, no callback, nothing. They never answer calls during business hours. No voicemail instruction, no guidance — just silence. Then after the fact they tell you to leave a voicemail. If you cannot answer calls, say that upfront. Do not list office hours and go silent. Before signing our new lease, we called multiple times to discuss rent and parking. Never picked up. My experience with Cedar Row has been extremely positive. The managers are quick to respond to questions, professional, and easy to communicate with. I would gladly recommend them to others.
Best managers ever! Even installed security cameras for us at request. All maintenance issues were taken care of day of! Fantastic!
