Left a deposit of *** to secure a future appointment. That was on 12-22-21. I was told a refund would be given. I have been unsuccessful in my attempts to get my refund. I keep getting told they will put the file on the desk of the person in charge of that. It has been over a month & I still have not received the refund. I just want the deposit back. If you can help me I will be very grateful . I have tried 3 times. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
