We went to the Fernandina Beach location and had appetizers and they were very good. However, we were looking forward to trying your Tropical dipping sauce unfortunately for us, you were out. Extremely busy during lunch time; people waiting for tables. Service was excellent by the (2) waitresses! They were hoping and trying to take care of everyone and would even greet people walking in and waiting. me and my family went to eat yesterday .. not only was the food good but the waitress was nice as well .. :)
had the Alabama catfish and it was not fully cooked... also the gumbo is nasty... the hush puppys good and their free with dinner ... the garlic mashed potatoes no go ... no good at all ... wanted a good meal well this was a very poor choice on my end ....
We had to track down a server after 15+mins and no one. The food wasn't cooked long enough and they had it sitting a while before it was even brought out, because the food was barely warm and mushy, the baked potatoes were not cooked fully. "The manager" (owners daughter we were told) didn't like how the food was described and gave an attitude with a smart comment and no personality what so ever. ABSOLUTE WORST MANAGEMENT I'VE EVER SEEN !!! We had family night *that we don't Hardly ever get to do* and the service was very slow . Waited almost 15 minutes for drinks (that's with my husband going to find a server) that's also with the manger sitting in the back on her phone as well! Our food took forever to come out and when it finally did it was cold and soggy . Food got sent back . Found hair in my food and wouldn't do anything bout it cause I was trying to be nice and not cause a scene and when I was showing the waitress I happen to say "I wasn't that worried about" And only because I hadn't ate any of it cause I was going take it home. If I could post pics I would post pics of it
