Started Cedar River today. The one review for Carl and Kelly was accurate. Nice people, friendly atmosphere, and a good haircut for a reasonable price. Since Highlands Barber is now gone, Cedar will be my go to place for a haircut.
Down at Cedar River Barbershop you get a great haicut for a great price, Kelly and Carl are the best. Its a iconic little barbershop next door to the Cedar River Market.
