We moved from NC to WA and right before we arrived, we were told our apartment was unavailable and management was lacking on sending us our lease; despite having been told the date we would be able to move in. We ended up in a hotel and without our apartment for 2wks while pregnant. When we finally received keys to move in, workers that weren’t supposed to be there were working or hanging out and left garbage and food all over the apartment and in the fridge/freezer. Our experience here has been a complete disappointment compared to when we did the tour. The management of this property has been inconsistent, and they have proven they care more about appearances rather than functionality and satisfaction. Reading all of these negative reviews, people who have experienced similar things are completely accurate. Our unit was not ready upon move in (even after they said it was), they do little to address concerns, communication is inconsistent and infrequent, and the price is marked way too ... read more
my biggest regret was coming to live here, within two months they stole my tools in my van three times, they come here and even steal the license plates!
The maintenance staff here are fantastic! Kevin has done a wonderful job helping us with a number of issues that we've experienced since moving in (dysfunctional front door, leaky kitchen sink, dishwasher that didn't work, etc). He's a very competent guy and already has a unique bond with our cat. :)
Booked a tour. Confirmed I was coming. Nobody was at the office.
