Brandon has been a huge improvement since taking over. Brandon has been very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. He took the time to explain the breakdown of our rent and helped us understand everything much more clearly. He has made the whole process less stressful and much easier to manage. We really appreciate his patience, professionalism, and willingness to help.

Absolutely the best experience I’ve had at an apartment complex. The new manager in the office has been incredible and maintenance has been nice as well!! Every time I’ve ran into an issue chatted with a person in the front office and I’ve had a solution within minutes. Other properties should take notes. This is how you build a community worth living at.
