Only did a tour so take this review with a grain of salt. But the property is very charming, the units seem to be well maintained and the staff were super helpful and very personable. My only reason for not renting here was the lack of storage facilities.
Highly regret moving into this community. The short-staffing here is a massive issue, resulting in delayed services and terrible maintenance support. When my apartment suffered an emergency flood from an upstairs toilet leak, the emergency maintenance line went completely unanswered, forcing me to call 911 for emergency assistance. Following that trauma, management left my home in a severe biohazard state and took two full weeks just to send cleaners to handle the raw sewage wastewater.
