Current resident who is not renewing a lease, not because the location or apartments themselves. But the new young lady who works at the front desk, the young black woman. She is absolutely a nightmare, not on time, doesn’t greet you with a smile. Constantly looks angry, learn how to treat customers, learn how to treat people, learn how to be grateful. I'm current resident. The new manager take days to respond to email. In the email, never reply to direct questions and ignore whatever she doesn't feel like answering. Often never show up to scheduled appointment and I ended up being the one telling future resident that she's not here. You'll often be alarmed by surprise charges at the end of your first month. I would give this place 0 stars, this place is absolutely SCAM, do not fall for this place! They still owe us our application money, we called many times and never a solution. It’s been 4 months! They won’t return the money, taking them to small claims

We had a scheduled tour earlier this week. When we arrived on site, we were unable to get ahold of anyone for the tour. No one was in the office or picked up the phone. I’d also received a confirmation text for the tour two hours before. Totally ghosted and haven’t heard from them. Don’t waste your time. They obviously don’t need any new residents if they’re not going to be responsive.
