I scheduled two separate tours, both confirmed via email. On both occasions, I arrived to find the office closed with no staff present. I’ve lived here for over three years and have worked with multiple property managers during that time. Unfortunately, the current manager has been the most difficult to deal with. Communication has been consistently poor—emails often go unanswered or take an unreasonable amount of time to receive a response. Current resident who is not renewing a lease, not because the location or apartments themselves. But the new young lady who works at the front desk, the young black woman. She is absolutely a nightmare, not on time, doesn’t greet you with a smile. Constantly looks angry, learn how to treat customers, learn how to treat people, learn how to be grateful. I'm current resident. The new manager take days to respond to email. In the email, never reply to direct questions and ignore whatever she doesn't feel like answering. Often never show up to scheduled appointment and I ended up being the one telling future resident that she's not here. You'll often be alarmed by surprise charges at the end of your first month. I would give this place 0 stars, this place is absolutely SCAM, do not fall for this place! They still owe us our application money, we called many times and never a solution. It’s been 4 months! They won’t return the money, taking them to small claims
