Current resident here. I've genuinely enjoyed many aspects of living at this apartment community. The property is well maintained, the grounds are kept clean, and the overall atmosphere is pleasant. The management team has also been professional and responsive whenever I've needed assistance. I don't understand many of the negative reviews about the new manager. Been so many managers and the manager now Tyler has to be the greatest one so far
This has been a disappointing experience. Management is unprofessional and rarely available during business hours. When they are in the office, they are often rude and dismissive of residents' requests and concerns.
I had such a great move-in experience! The person in the office was so kind and understanding, and you can tell she really cares about what she does even tho she is running the office most of the time on her own, which is honestly impressive WOW! She paid attention to all the little details and made sure everything felt right for me. I’ve definitely dealt with not-so-great managers before, so this was a really refreshing experience. Thank you to Malik! He is by far the best. Malik came to my unit to fix a leak. He went above and beyond his way to find the leak. He then gave me great advice about how to keep ants away, while cleaning my washer bowl. Absolutely amazing, and very respectful. Malik is a punctual person who gets the job done before the office even opens Thank you Malik.
