Seth was awesome ! we worked together for a long time and was very understanding if I had to miss a day or reschedule he was very helpful with that too. I would highly recommend him I know if I ever need to talk to someone again I’m going right back to him.
I wish I could give 0 stars. I was having a panic on my way to therapy and was turned away for being over 15 min late to a 60 min session. I understand being charged the late fee which is 3x more than my copay but very disappointed my therapist refused to see me during a mental health crisis. I needed her in that moment and not only did I not receive services, I'm also out $85. Double whammy. Any other Healthcare provider would have supported their patient in that moment. Professional, caring and private. Wonderful group.
The provider I saw was rude and when I informed her I was upset about what she said she did not apologize or have any attempt at therapeutic communications. Very uncaring. Even though they accept insurance so they are affordable it doesn’t mean you will get compassionate care. The provider I saw Dr. Sashi Nanji kept talking past my appointment time.
