Harassed by the mafia aka HOA to pay dues in full and on time, but when you do you still don’t have access to the pool. I’ve contacted both HOA’s filled out paperwork again and still nothing. Yet people from other neighborhoods who don’t live here are allowed to hop fence and go right on in.
Shayla Sirmans was nothing short of amazing. She exudes a top tier level of professionalism and has a very welcoming personality. Shayla was very knowledgeable about the community and well versed in regards to DR Horton in general. Shayla worked diligently to ensure that we found the perfect home that would fit our family individual needs. Even after closing she has remained in close contact with us to ensure we get settled in. My fiancé and I visited this office today and came was connected with Mrs .Shalya Sirmans and let’s just say our experience with her was phenomenal! She was extremely patient and knowledgeable about helping us close on our home. It’s been a while since I’ve experienced a realtor like herself, that has treated us like family. If you’re looking to buy a home you should definitely come by and see her. 10/10 We definitely recommend, You will not be disappointed.
Shayla was amazing! She was so genuine and down to earth! If you want someone to value your time, be patient with and make buying and finding your home a seamless process you must go with Shayla Sirmans!
