Monique is by far the best building manager I've had the pleasure with dealing with. The building is clean and freindly and any issues she deals with appropriately in a timely fashion. There is constant maintenance being done to ensure the building is presentable,comfortable and clean at all times . Would recommend living here if you have the opportunity! ☆☆☆☆

Definitely the cleanest and most well managed apartment building I’ve seen. Landscaping is beautiful, and the lobby is very clean and fresh smelling. On-site manager, Monique, and leasing manager Daniel are both friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They’re doing a great job.

Daniel and monique are super friendly and accommodating!! They are also super fast with getting back to you! They keep up to date with maintenance and renovations, i 100% recommend if you are looking for an apartment close to downtown!

Its so hard to find a place that will allow larger breed dogs. When arrived for a viewing the onsite manager was very warm and receptive. She was very knowledgeable about the area telling me the history of the building. After the viewing I had asked to sign the lease. Daniel from Capilano Property Management, immediately expedited the paperwork and I was approved the same day with in a couple hours. This was the most stressless application and approval process that I have had to do. Thank you everyone invovled!!
