These are overpriced mold holes. The staff at Equium are full of themselves. All we got was lies and grief, we had so many floods and leaks in the unit we were in. We were told we had to move units, they had to gut the unit (which never happened. They tried to up the rent $150 more than the lease we signed a month before. My hubby is terminally ill and violated his human rights by trying to make us take a second floor unit knowing full well he couldn’t climb all those stairs. We had thousands of dollars in losses.
