Maintenance was always prompt on fixing anything and nice. The office could use a little help as we got billed for the same move in charge 5+ times after we made the payment. Received my full Deposit back.
My sink broke, the faucet stop swinging side to side correctly and the sprayer broke too! I called about it and they said they’d put in a work order for it. The past apartments I’ve been at it take weeks to get someone out here to look at it and fix something. 2 hours later this guy knocks at my door and asked to look at it. He looked at it and installed a new one in 10 minutes not even. I was pretty bummed about not having a sprayer anymore and He mentioned that if I wanted a sprayer I could buy one that screws in to my sin... read more
Don't expect any help or proper communication from the front office. They are incredibly difficult to work with.
