Very disappointed that issues have to become hazardous to live in before anything gets even discussed, been dealing with mold in my bedroom since june 28th with emails all the way back to then, i cant even open my bedroom door and it seems like it becomes a new issue everytime i bring it up. I have a lung disease and could get deathly sick as well from this….. I’ve been trying and trying to call the office and leaving voicemails but can’t get through
Made two request with Maintenance they got people out fast. Office is fun and easy to request thing for my apartment. Over all 10/10
Unfortunately I had to move out of the house i was renting when my buddy sold it and didn't tell me. I had days to find a place. Fortunately I found Cedar Ridge. From the moment I walked in the door Jamie was awesome. She really is one of the nicest people I've ever met. She worked with me when my crazy job only gave me minutes a day to talk with her. Besides the fact that the building I lived in caught fire and we were forced out of our lease due to the building being condemned, this complex is not worth your time. They will only fix issues on the property once it becomes a hazard and the city gets involved (twice in the year I lived here the city deemed the building unsafe.) The utilities and furnishing inside the units are old, gross, and falling apart (fridges, pipes, doors, windows). For the price of these units there are much better and cheaper options in Medina.
