Horrible experience for the year I was there. I do not recommend at all. My bathtub multiple times filled up with muck and it took multiple days to get a hold of anyone to fix and use. There was a fire and the company treated people horrible and kicked people out in 30 days. My rent was wrong every month I was there, they tried to up charge me every month and I had to reach out and wait to hear back after multiple times of reaching out to fix it. EVERY MONTH. Scheduled a tour with them to view there apartments at 9am! Got there at 8:45 and waiting until 9:30am and no one was there at all, even tried calling them multiple times.
Horrible place to live at, save yourself the money/ frustration and go somewhere else. My door locked me in my room because no one would fix the rotted wood around my door frame, had to PHYSICALLY tear the door down with my bare hands and crawl out. Jamie didn’t care and neither did the staff. Didn’t have a door for 5 months- Front door took 3 months to be repaired , my sink was broken for 2 months.
