The apartments have black mold and the BIGGEST roach infestation i've ever seen in my life... check the sewers at night and you'll see yourself.

Ladonna is a liar and shouldn’t be any property manager anywhere. She’s a snob and had the nerve to have a attitude because she was eating when it’s time to handle business and her whole attitude is SNOB, and again she is a liar she will deny your application if she knows your looking to move immediately and will look at your past past the 10 years most places only go back 5 years and the apartments are raggedy she acts like it’s some upscale place.

Firstly I would like to say Jasmine at the Cedar Ridge office was polite, professional, and very welcoming then the property manager Ladonna was very snobby and snappy and I’ve applied here with my Fiance he had 2 drug charges from way before 10 years ago so she used that to deny us after we came and spoke to her personally and told her about it she made up a whole lie and said it’s her choice and decision to deny us which I am happy she did because God allowed us to dodge being under a House Ngga and blessed us with a actua... read more
