At one time years ago this place was ok. But the last few years the pool was has been closed due to pump issues. It was so bad this year you couldn't swim in it . The lakes are un fishable due to no fountain that is mandated by the city. Did not have mail service for 4 months due to several broken mailboxes. The clubhouse was unusable due to key fob issues. The roads are so bad good luck with maintenance on them. This place should be low income. Do not rent here. There are plenty of places to rent for the cost. Renter beware
Shout out to the kind maintenance team. Large snapping turtle was in the middle of the road, I tried to move it over so it wouldn't get hit by a car. They saw me and came with a truck and moved the turtle to the lake.
Stay Away! Poorly maintained property with extremely outdated apartments. Our AC went out three times in under two years, with the last outage lasting three months in unbearable heat. Management could diagnose issues but blamed vendors on timely repairs. Constant runarounds, broken promises, and a lack of honest communication made living here unacceptable. 2B Residential is charging $30 to "register" your pets, even if youve already paid the pet deposit & have been paying monthly rent. The best part is that its an annual fee, and if you refuse, they threaten to evict your dog. These big corporations will charge you for anything knowing you cant fight back.
Cedar didn't give me my deposit back of $2300. They told me I done $2300 in damages....I was lost for words. I left that apt so clean and when I stayed there it was clean. Not to mention no washer and dryer working in the complex. This apartment is a scam scam. I finally got my phone fixed for pictures I took before I move in and after. I spoke to a lawyer about it.
