I’m a new tenant and only have been here a little over a month. I loved the location in Lake Saint Louis and found this beautiful place. My understanding is they are under new management with the office manager and the manager of the maintenance department. Since I moved in, they have gone above and beyond to make my move in my apartment a pleasant experience. After 2 months of renting they start sending you bills for water, sewer, trash so my rent has increased $90.00 outta no where and when I moved out I will still owe 2 months worth of water, sewer, and trash because its back billed 2 months so they take that out of your deposit. Also, im paying about 15.00 a week on average for laundry at their laundry facility which is a little pricey and the machines steal your money and management says they dont own the machines and cant help you. (PLEASE read the end update on this post to see how the issue was addressed.) Unfortunately, there is a pest problem. In our current apartment we have had mice, brown recluse spiders, ants, other spiders, termites, and one shrew. The mice, termites, and shrew have all been located underneath the stove which leads us to believe there is a tunnel in the wall leading outside, along the foundation. Shrews are not your typical house pest, and they don't chew through walls like mice. They are usually diggers like moles. So, there ... read more
The staff is very helpful and accommodating. I enjoy the property because it is quiet and it's a park like setting.
