Worst place I've ever lived. The condition of the apartment was horrible when I moved in. The paint job was so bad they left paint splatter all over the counters and floor. They painted over the cable outlets. The finish was scrubbed off the top of kitchen cabinets. The hallway always smelled like mold. The patio looked in such poor shaped I didn't use it. I’m a new tenant and only have been here a little over a month. I loved the location in Lake Saint Louis and found this beautiful place. My understanding is they are under new management with the office manager and the manager of the maintenance department. Since I moved in, they have gone above and beyond to make my move in my apartment a pleasant experience.
