Wanted to give a shout out to Jack the maintenence go to guy in Cedar Lake apartments! He is always upbeat and professional! He goes the extra mile to insure the repairs are done correctly and in a timely matter. He's an awesome asset to the Cedar Lake staff!
Maintenance did a great job with my maintenance request! They fixed the problem I reported and other problems they noticed as well! They even handled it when I wasn’t able to be home and engaged well with my pets in the apartment! Very pleased with the service!
I’m going to start off by saying that I have lived at Cedar Lakes since Sept 2011. I moved out in Nov 2025.I lived in a few apts here due to not wanting steps anymore, to getting flooded. I was never late on my rent and we were good residents. I saw these apts through a lot. These apts are old, they need maintenance and upkeep and it seems they are letting them go downhill. I have been at my apartment for 19 year's at loving it since day 1 Lived on the lake off and on other apartments since 1998. But when moved away always came back to cedar lake. Just love it. Friendly neighbors great staff feels like family

She answered all of my questions, made the leasing process smooth and stress-free, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and confident with my decision. You can tell she really cares about her job and the residents. If you’re looking to lease at Cedar Lakes, ask for Mackenzie—you won’t be disappointed!
