I just moved Jefferson City. I have made numerous attempts to speak with someone about renting at Cedar Ridge. Sent messages via rental sites, Trulia, Rent.com, etc. left a voicemails, drove to the leasing office and knocked (during posted business hours) and waited. (Spoke with a resident taking a walk as I was leaving and was told, "word is leasing agent never comes in before 11:30 am". ) If this is how they treat perspective tenants, I can only imagine how poor the response is once a lease is signed. Decent trash sometimes
Most people who left a bad review were just bitter because they didn’t follow the rules or got evicted for one reason or another. Units are gone over from top to bottom prior to a new tenant moving in and any maintenance requests are taken care of as well. The tenant has the opportunity to disclose any issues with the unit after they move in and are encouraged to do so. If the unit is left with damages beyond normal “wear and tear” or the unit isn’t clean, the tenant will be charged for repairs/cleaning out of their deposit.... read more
