Excellent care and concern. They are all wonderful.
Had a little accident with my puppy and thought she had broke her leg. I called hoping someone would answer and I knew it was late in the evening. They picked up the phone waited for me to get there with her and took really good care of my puppy. Luckily her leg wasn't broken but, they sure did make me feel better and my puppy afterwards. Thank you guys for alway going the extra mile.
Dr. Hanson has done a great job taking care of our kitties! He cares about what he does and is very knowledgeable! Helps decrease my worries and helps me feel like a part of their care. Definitely the best vet we have been to hands down!
We have had Dr. Hanson as our dog's Vet. for several years. Cedar Ridge has also been the place where we boarded our dog when going on vacation. On our most recent vacation, our dog became very ill (He was 12 years old), but Dr. Hanson tried to treat him the best he could before he died. Our dog had an internal infection which could have been caused by many things that he may have died from. Cedar Ridge is an amazing place! They are so accommodating and super helpful. We love the staff and Dr Hanson is very knowledgeable and good at explaining what is going on. Wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else!
I have met Dr. Hansen he is so sweet and loving. However, Dr. Risa is a bit abrasive. I prefer to see Dr. Hansen. Overall, the staff is very kind. Well kept and cleaned facility. Other than my visit today with Dr. Risa, my dog has never had an issue with going to the vet. Idk what it was but he did not trust Dr. Risa.
