Tenant at 5240 N Winthrop Ave ran by David Labunski and Cedar Realty. Awful landlord, and awful company. Sign a lease with them and be prepared for little to no maintenance help when something breaks down in your apartment. Landlord doesn’t care if you’re home or not, he’ll come in without your permission. Trying to contact him for questions or concerns? Be prepared to be ridiculed and gaslighted and made to feel like it’s your fault!! Wanna-be slumlord behavior.
