I arrived at 7:07 for an appt because I went across the street accidentally for appt to Mercy radiology. The front desk lady sat there for 12 mins doing noting but messaging people then says I'm over 15 mins late. Had to reschedule. It's so hard for Black people to get adequate health care in this area I am moving to a more ethnically friendly medical city. This isn't the first time I'm encountered adverse medical care here. They gent in front of me was in line waiting for over 15 mins and he was rescheduled too, Black man. ... read more
Excellent care in a brand new building with plenty of space in lobbies, clear directions and signage, clean restrooms. What more could you ask for?
I thought the girl was very rude for my first time being there I was not impressed with the customer service the hospital was nice
