Complete, unmitigated train wreck. Paid vendors for other HOA from our account and insisted we wait for the payment to be returned before they would credit us. Uploaded documents from other HOA to our portal. Created and uploaded documents to our portal without authorization. Unable to provide month end reports by the 25th of the following month. We have had Cedar Property Management for over 5 years and they have worked with us very well. They get quotes and help with the budget. We have never had a problem with them. If something needs done we call them and they get it done. We are very satisfied with them.
