Michelle was attentive and quick to resolve maintenance issues, showing genuine care for my elderly grandparents. However, when a new manager took over, our nearly 8 years as perfect tenants without violations took a sharp downturn. Getting gas next door at BP and the "building owner" as he called himself rudely yelled at me, "Are you going to pick up your dog's poop?!" When my dog did not leave waste on the property.
I have lived here for over a decade. It has been by far the best rental experience I have had and I have lived in many apartments in 3 different states. The manager has been very helpful any time I have had an issue or question. If you are looking for a beautiful apartment, this is the place!
Cedar Pointe Apartments is a very clean, quiet, pet frindly, place to live! Close to I-94, and only minutes from town. The property managaer also does an excelent job, super understanding and great to work with! 10/10 would recommend!
