Michelle was attentive and quick to resolve maintenance issues, showing genuine care for my elderly grandparents. I lived here for 4 years. The "joke" around the apartment is that the manager is a communist and she will not go out of her way to help anyone. If you have a kid don't even try to play with sidewalk chalk cause she wont allow it and will see you on the cameras if you do. Management then decided one day that theres no more smoking on the entire property. When for years we could smoke on our patios and it wasn't an issue. My experience with management wasn’t great I always paid my rent on the 20th before the end of the month, but during the last 2 months there was no rent due posted on the the 20th (the same time I had paid rent the 3 years I lived there) and then I’d be charged with late fees When I asked if they could please waive the late fee one of my last 2 months of living there they said no Along with that My rent was 880 for 2 years Then I got an email telling me my floor plan is now 990 a month When I looked online it was being adver... read more
Property manager is horrible and makes everyone feel like they're walking on eggshells everyday. For the Insane rent price, I'd go elsewhere if i were you cause the manager is on a power trip that will eventually empty this place if it's not dealt with.
