Very disappointed
I was put on a high blood pressure medication one month ago. I'm leaving town for two weeks and called them 7 days ago to ask if I could get another month's supply as I wouldn't have enough to get me through the 2 weeks. Sure, no problem they said. Went to pick it up today and they said they can't fill it. Cedar point did not explain my dilemma. SERIOUSLY! The pharmacy wouldn't call the doctor until later in the day. Guess I'll go without. But now my blood pressure is on the rise. Idiots! 😣😖
I didn’t want to leave a bad review but I feel like you should know what to expect when you go to CPH. The people seem nice enough but they just don’t perform. Here are the events that have lead me to look for another provider of health services. -A heart condition was diagnosed as a sinus infection. -An order for an immediate heart test was not sent delaying it for a week. -Another order to extend a heart monitor was just ignored. -Still waiting on a call back from last week on these issues. The mental health team is amazing. Dr.Sargent is compassionate and listens to every concern I’ve had. Catherine Anderson at the Nevada location has been so easy to work with and is easy to talk too!
