We had scheduled an appointment for a refinishing estimate. The gentleman was a no show. No call or text. How disappointing after reading all of the great reviews.
Cedar Pt.flooring was about 11% higher than another local flooring outlet.I got estimates from 2 places on the same exact material,waterproof core tec.I asked the cheaper place when could they start,my answer was they where 2 weeks behind.I said this is the color we have chosen let me know when you can start(Im still waiting for an answer).Terry said he would be here on june 12th he called me 3days before and said his installer was having a problem and would be there the next day,and 2installers showed up .Floor was installe... read more
Store is so much larger than it looks and great things to choose from!!!
Shower was done by cedar pt flooring. Italian marble was used. They did a fantastic job and would recommend them to anybody needing tile work!!
The owner Terry is extremely knowledgeable and dedicated to ensuring you know what the differences are between the many products he uses, he will recommend several that will work well with the area your flooring. Cost has no bearing on his recommendations; if he thinks a less costly product would be better suited he recommends it. His many years in the home remodel business serve his clients well.
