I lived here for a few years, and as far as renting goes, it was an excellent experience. The office staff are very responsive, the apartments are well maintained, and if you have a concern and express it everything within reason will be done to address it. For the price that you pay to rent, you want things to be taken care of. I'd recommend Cedar Point Apartments to anyone I know.

Maintenance was Very professional and worked very quick.
The maintenance guy John was very nice and professional. He fixed a couple things around my apartment. He did a great job and was very friendly and polite. The best part was he was here really quick. Once he left I realized I needed one more thing done. He came back and fixed that as well. It’s so nice not having to wait and getting things done fixed proper and so quick! Thanks again John !
Walls are paper thin, the apartments are overrated for the price. Older; Best part is safety and maintenance.
