I have lived at Cedar Place for going on nearly six years now. Going from being homeless one day to living in an apartment building that is more like a community than just a building. It started out a little rough, but over time it has gotten much better, which was no small feat. Primarily thanks to the Property Managers, the Maintenance staff and the security guards.
