I started renting here in 2016. After paying my deposit, pet fees, and first months rent my move in date was supposed to be Feb 1st. By Feb13th I was still unable to get in touch with the landlord to complete a move in check list, so I just moved in without one, it was that or be homeless even though I already paid for this place. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!! The landlord/owner has absolutely no idea how to run a business and on the website where it says "24/7 emergency maintenance" what a JOKE! She has horrible communication skills and basically runs a dump! Nothing every gets fixed and she does the bare minimum just to be cheap! I lived there not too long ago and from the other reviews nothing has changed much! I dont recommend anyone renting from her or doing business with her of any kind!
Terrible communication while living here. You could never get a hold of the landlord and never responsed to email, phone, or physical letters. Always had issues with the billing (over charged or double charged for services - seems that they determine sewer and water because it was never consistant and is billed online) but not for rent. I'd never rent from this complex and would highly recommend anyone else to look elsewhere. Customer service to me is a big part of renting and this place was horrible with service. Beware!
We have lived here since 2006 and have had no problems except for every once in awhile when children were being very unruly. Management has always been very nice to us.
