I drive over an hour to use their clinic because someone said they were really good. They clearly are incompetent. My poor bird has a wound on his rump that looks really bad and needs immediate attention. I conveyed this to the clinic and was told I could get him in Friday and possibly today (Thursday) I called back at 11 and was told the vets,have not looked at the note, I said I'll drop everything just to bring him. Dr Keller and the staff at Cedar Pet Clinic were absolutely wonderful to work with during a scary time with my dog. They made time for him and for all my phone calls. Even with social distancing and the stress of the pandemic, everyone provided such great care and kindness to my sick pup and to me! Couldn’t recommend them more!
Great staff that loves all pets
Clinic staff did a great job with my daughter today as she had to say goodbye to her beloved rat. They were all very compassionate, explained everything well, and were so patient. Thank you so much for making a very hard day a little more bearable.
The care and compassion they show, along with their expertise, is second to none. I have known Doc B for over 40 years, and he is not only a wonderful vet, but a first class human being. I highly recommend them.
Dr. Keller is our go to veterinarian. She is kind and thoughtful. She really loves the animals and it shows. Cedar Pet Clinic is the best!
I highly recommend for rat owners. They squeezed us in for euthanasia when my terminal rat suddenly dive bombed overnight. They anesthetized her before the heart stick, which told me they definitely were knowledgeable and experienced with rats. It can be so hard to find a vet that not only sees rats, but is knowledgeable and compassionate about their care.
