If I could give a negative rating I would. The doctors are nice but the supporting staff is horrible. Can refill the most basic of prescriptions properly 😮💨 I sent in a request for a prescription refill via their portal and I was only able to request part of it (had only one line for my 5 mg out of my usual 15 mg). Called up and explain my situation and requested an additional prescription for 10 mg. They said they will send it but never did.
