I would give 0 stars if I could. Unprofessional, and unprepared.. drove over 3 hours, had an appointment. I was told they would call if the vehicle became unavailable. I arrived, car was unavailable, never got notified. Then, the sales person Jesse had me sit around like my time was not valuable. Choose a dealership that caters to you and is considerate of your time.
Great experience at a wonderful dealership; I highly recommend you talk with salesman Chris Masters. He was excellent. He took time to truly listen to what we were looking for and explained the benefits of the 2021 Rogue for our needs .The sales manager Scott also worked with us to get the car we were looking for at the price we were willing to pay. Chris then followed up after the sale to help us with any questions about the car and the many features it has.
