I was referred to Doctor Ho (Cedar Park Dental & Braces) by the Department of Veterans Affairs. Great team of professionals with a state-of-the-art facility and the newest technology. I was greeted and seen promptly. My hygienist, Ashley, was amazing. She listened to my concerns as a combat Marine with PTSD and made my visit pain free. Doctor Ho was experienced, knowledgeable, and kind. He clearly articulated my future dental care plan and our approach. I highly recommend them.
Very friendly staff and very efficient visits. My hygienist this last cleaning was Ashley and she’s the best hygienist I’ve ever had.
I went to Cedar Park Dental and Braces and they prepared a dental plan that covered my costs associated with my treatment. I paid all bills when incurred in full. 60 days after my last treatment I received a bill for over $1100. Evidently they needed more more money and added charges to my services. Beware of these people. Their billing practices are unethical at best and very well be illegal. They are defrauding the public. Short wait times and a very knowledgeable and courteous staff. Meghan and Dr. Ho were both very kind and walked me through each step of the treatment plan. Would definitely recommend these guys.
Had an appointment for my son rescheduled due to office closure. Fine. No big deal. Morning before the new appointment, I receive a text stating the appointment is canceled due to not confirming the appointment....not even within 24 hours of the appointment time. I call and get bizarre excuses. Perplexing and offputting. I'll take our family's dental needs elsewhere. Your "automated system".....sucks. Oh! And the five star reviews are practically begged for with a large sign in the lobby. I wouldn't trust it.
