I have had an amazing experience here! The front desk customer service is always friendly and helpful. My dietitian, Kelsey is knowledgeable and guided me onto achieving realistic goals. The talented Dr. Basa was very personable and gave me a successful surgery. Every person that I have met along my journey which started last fall (2022) has been wonderful! The facility is always clean and their equipment looks new. I highly recommend!
I cannot recommend Dr. Basa and the entire Cedar Park Bariatrics team enough! They made the entire process so smooth. They worked everything out with my insurance, made sure I was thoroughly educated on the process. Every appointment was thorough and I was met with a smiling, supportive face every time. They really set you up to change your lifestyle and be successful after surgery. If you’re looking for a bariatric surgeon, I would recommend Cedar Park Bariatrics.
Got kicked out of the clinic for owing $50. Which I wasn’t able to pay on time due to going through rough emotional moments. Which my mind was more concentrated on my problems at that point. Going through a rough time at this point and got kicked out didn’t help but oh well I understand.
They won’t see you at all if you had surgery with someone else even if was done decades ago. No second chance to help you!
