The office staff is cordial and friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and friendly. Dr. Williams is gentle and very knowledgeable. I am happy to have found this professional dentistry.
Immediately the entire staff is welcoming. I went for my consultation which will consist of ALOT of work to correct a previously done botched All on 4 at a different facility. Dr Williams is so very Kind, Caring, compassionate & KNOWLEDGEABLE. He made me feel at ease that he would work me thru out this ordeal. Feeling immediately like I was in good hands was step 1 towards repairing my 😃
From the minute I walked in the front door, my experience was great. The office assistant welcomed me. I was then greeted by a dental assistant who led me to a very clean and most comfortable exam room (televisions in clear view to watch both sitting up and laying back in the dental chair.) So I usually don't have any questions or concerns when I go. But this last time I went I informed them I was moving very quickly. I had a few questions about my teeth grinding and shifting. They were extremely helpful and understanding. I wish I could still come here, but I will be hours away:( this is my favorite dentist place. I will always recommend this place ! :)
