I'd say that my stay at Cedar Park III has been less than satisfactory. The largest problem is the disorganization of the leasing office. Twice, my roommates and I received warning letters and eviction notice letters for acts we did not perform. Instead of Coming to the apartments or even calling to address and question the issues, they went directly to the consequences.
