This is one of the worst places you could ever live. The entire building staff and the management company, Allied Residential, are extremely incompetent and unprofessional. From upper management to on-site staff, none of them seem capable of properly managing a residential building. The hallways constantly smell bad and are often dirty. Maintenance issues are not handled efficiently, and residents’ concerns are frequently ignored. I would not recommend living here to anyone.
Have been living here for 2 and a half years now and have had nothing but the best experience. Management is always quick to reply to my messages and they always follow their duty to keep the buildings clean and in working condition. They even clean my door mat when they are steam cleaning the hallways There is a community center building where they sometimes host little parties for the residents or I believe residents can also rent out if they want to host their own party, which I think is cute. Unfortunately, after years of living in this apartment, I have witnessed irresponsible people and a rude supervisor. None of them know their job and it is not clear who gave them these things. Everything in this apartment is problematic and no one is taking care of it. They are completely lawless and disorderly.
Property Management and maintenance supervisor disgusting worker's they plan the roof change and close the all parking spot and one week nobody come work ovethere and we still don't have parking spot and I don't no if they not understand this job why take our time!! They not send any notice about when this problem should be done!! And why in the night parking spots close does anyone working on the roof in the night!!?? If it's not why it's close in the night!!!
