DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! I have lived in the Troy complex for 5 months. The worst complex I’ve ever lived in. The property manager is non-existent and the maintenance staff is incompetent. My family has put in work orders to have our drain fixed over 5 times before they finally came to fix it. Still clogged. 5 more work orders just to get a nasty email back from the PM asking “if it’s an emergency”…??!!? What?! Still clogged after 2 months.
