Move-In experience was great. Jennifer (property manager) was very accommodating with my move in appointment time, and she has answered all of my questions throughout the entire process, from touring the apartment to move-in, as well as the questions after move-in. During the apartment tour, Jennifer and I noticed a few slight issues with the apartment (granted the apartment was remodeled), and all the issues were remedied prior to move-in. Cedar park apartments was one of the most pleasant and affordable places i lived. Although I was only there 1 year. Jennifer was most helpful. She made the application process quick and smooth. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! I have lived in the Troy complex for 5 months. The worst complex I’ve ever lived in. The property manager is non-existent and the maintenance staff is incompetent. My family has put in work orders to have our drain fixed over 5 times before they finally came to fix it. Still clogged. 5 more work orders just to get a nasty email back from the PM asking “if it’s an emergency”…??!!? What?! Still clogged after 2 months.
