Horrible maintenance!!! Also very inconsiderate leasing office management. I live here for only 5 months before I decide to break my lease due to poor communication and maintenance from management. I moved here in March bout time May 12th came around my apartment was flooding everyday from my dining area into my kitchen area all the way up until June 11th they finally fixed their pipes in my unit. This place is a joke when I first moved here everything was ok but then it just went down hill now I can’t even park near my apartment cause they blocked off half the parking for my apartment complex just to put a dumpster the maintenance is slow my Main complaint is that dumpster It just don’t make since to put it through 4 parking spots and block the rest and expect everyone that live here to just be ok with it, this is ridiculous and unacceptable

Emily and Victoria are amazing! Any issue that has ever arose they have been punctual and specific to my needs. I have really enjoyed my experience here and would highly recommend staying at Stonewater!.
