I had a few hiccups with not receiving the welcome email as soon as promised but that was no problem as everything was handled quickly and the staff was very supportive. When the unit i had applied for had issues, another unit was offered right away with actually the amenities that had me applying in the first place. Turns out not all units have a washer and dryer hookup but the unit I was placed with and moved into on the agreed date does. They were able to have me moved in on the date as agreed AND got me all the amenities... read more
