The landlord is so nice and very friendly and helpful. She does her job and some. I will say the maintenance here is a lil slow but I think they just need more help and more experienced maintenance people. But I’m sure that’s hard to come by these days. A lot of maintenance are needed and upgrades are needed but I’m sure the sweet landlord has her hands full. She will get it done fast. She is one of kind landlord and deserves a vacation!!!!
