They do good work but they’re racist it’s that simple. If you’re a certain skin color they won’t greet you when you arrive, barely notice or speak to you, and won’t speak to you during your appointment. Rude comes to mind. Pearl and cedar nails are ran by the same people so you’ll run into the same problem. There’s too many nail salons in the area to deal with racism. It’s 2025.

They have no concept of professionalism or positive customer service. As a walking, I got a gel manicure on Tuesday and my nails are peeling already and today is Thursday. When I was done (which I was not aware of), the technician come out of the back room, walked by me (I was sitting at station #2), she was almost at the register when she said to me, with a flipped wave, "you're done". I recently took my two daughters to this nail salon. It was our first time there and my first time getting dip. They did a fantastic job!

terrible customer service !! I went in for French tips and they were super thick,crooked, & uneven. I paid $50 for ugly nails!! went in the next day to ask for a shape up and she filed them down for like 2 minutes and I said they’re too thick. She then grabbed my refunded money and slammed it on the table and said “go somewhere else”.
