The guy was super rough and made my toenails bleed with the hand file. I finally had to leave in the middle of the appointment because my toes hurt so much. They didn't seem concerned about the blood. Will be going to another salon that is much more gentle and conscientious.

They have no concept of professionalism or positive customer service. As a walk in, I got a gel manicure on Tuesday and my nails are peeling already and today is Thursday. When I was done (which I was not aware of), the technician come out of the back room, walked by me (I was sitting at station #2), she was almost at the register when she said to me, with a flipped wave, "you're done". Been coming here a few months and have had overall ok experiences… but most recently I was told “someone will take care of me later” with no time estimate and was waiting while they took other walk ins who came in later before they even looked at my nails 🫠 not very professional and won’t be coming back.
