Been coming here a few months and have had overall ok experiences… but most recently I was told “someone will take care of me later” with no time estimate and was waiting while they took other walk ins who came in later before they even looked at my nails 🫠 not very professional and won’t be coming back.

They do good work but they’re racist it’s that simple. If you’re a certain skin color they won’t greet you when you arrive, barely notice or speak to you, and won’t speak to you during your appointment. Rude comes to mind. Pearl and cedar nails are ran by the same people so you’ll run into the same problem. There’s too many nail salons in the area to deal with racism. It’s 2025.

They have no concept of professionalism or positive customer service. As a walking, I got a gel manicure on Tuesday and my nails are peeling already and today is Thursday. When I was done (which I was not aware of), the technician come out of the back room, walked by me (I was sitting at station #2), she was almost at the register when she said to me, with a flipped wave, "you're done". I recently took my two daughters to this nail salon. It was our first time there and my first time getting dip. They did a fantastic job!
