We lived in these apartments for 7 years, as it was close to work. When we first moved into the apartment, there were issues. There was a constant mold problem that they wouldn't fix. The bathroom wall was rotten because of the water constantly running on it, and it needed to be fixed. It never got fixed while we lived there. The windows would fill up with water.
