I lived here for a year and this apartment complex had everything I needed. The management is quick to respond to maintenance and overall amazing. The apartments are spacious and generally quiet even during the days. It's peaceful and pretty. The pool and laundry rooms are always clean and normally never crowded. The only downside would be a small spider issue due to all the plants around the complex, however they regularly spray to prevent and kill the spiders so I only found a couple. Excellent landlord affordable nice apartments
Nothing but positive to say about Cedar Meadow on Silver Lane, though granted I may not have as long a track record here to speak of as other reviewers. I love this location -- neighbors are kind in this part of our community.
i don’t want to bash on the manager because he can be nice, and helpful at times. but they need more employees, or more thought put into the apartments. parking is a mad house and your car will get dented and scratched, over run with cats that will give your animals fleas and possibly worms; they also spray everything making everything stink. ceilings are sinking, black mold everywhere, i can touch the leg of my upstairs neighbors couch through my ceiling. walls are badly cracked bringing it crazy spiders, and a terrible ant... read more
Rent keeps going up very quickly. Building falling apart full of ants and black mold. Cats everywhere. Parking lot floods into my kitchen sink. Owners could care less about safety. Rental management impossible to communicate with. Pool is pretty nice. Good location.
