I lived at Cedar Lofts East from 2021-2023. I have several Pros and Cons to share about my experience to help out if you are looking to live there! Pros: - Good price for the size. Our unit had 6 people in it- our rent was in the range of 700-1000 pp based on shared rooms and room sqft. - We loved the layout! Open concept in the shared living areas was enjoyable, especially for students who like having friends over. - Full sized washer and dryer in-unit. Cons: - Tight parking.
