I recently had the opportunity to visit a friend living in building 5, but unfortunately, the experience was marred by unpleasant circumstances. The neighbors exhibited a lack of respect for those around them, often smoking in their cars. This behavior resulted in pedestrians being subjected to the unpleasant smell of cigarette smoke while walking to their vehicles. Moreover, roaches were observed descending the stairs. Professional and friendly experience with Carmelita the office manager
It's a nice place but they have a pool and a gym that some of the building can't use which is unfair and I think it's based on income because they make more money in the other apartments so they pay more so I think they have a pool and gym as a reward for paying more
