Extremely Poor. Longmeadow Apartments, LLC, is managed by the Oxford Realty Group, and directed by the 'Lafonge Associates': George Karasick, Susan Lee and Harry Rieder. They employ 2 property managers - Ari Mandel for Longmeadow - and office staff to run a clutch of the filthiest, dirtiest residential hovels ever seen in industrialized countries. The office staff are ignorant, nasty, lazy liars. Oxford Realty Group will charge working people more money so they can let dirt bags with welfare vouchers live next to you and chain smoke cigarettes into your window all day. Then if you complain, you will never see maintenance in your apartment again, because they will say they 'don't like' you and feel uncomfortable working in your place. I do not know any of these people giving good reviews and I have been here for almost a decade. The staff is lazy and hostile, the property is literally falling apart around us. There are a great deal of break ins to cars and there are herds of youth who travel the parking lot all night. I hear close range gun fire lately as well. This place is bad news, and it is getting worse by the day. The management is truly awful.

I have lived here for eight years. Melissa is just the most recent office staff on the scene. I have been through six, yes six other property managers before this one at Longmeadow. These office staff are utterly useless because the owner himself does not care about the property. These office people cannot do anything without approval, and the owner is not giving approval for anything. This property has been in a declining state of disrepair since we moved in eight years ago. I have been here for 3 years and except for the 1st year where you do not know what to expect from apartment management, things are good. After that lets count the number of problems 1) Roaches 2) bedbugs 3) noise pollution(kids get together right outside your apartment and shout all day long inspite of the fact that there is a designated play area 4)not sufficient parking (try coming on weekends and park your car- impossible) 5)Safety - NOT at all (people get beaten up at their luandry rooms and cars get burnt outside your ... read more

For my first apartment, Cedar Lane has been a fantastic experience. My apartment is so cute and roomy and exactly what I was looking for in a home. The staff that I have worked with has been great, very friendly and helpful people.

I love these apartments! I've been here for 6 months now and yes I've only had issues with a noisy AC but they have an excellent maintenance team. They are fast, efficient and really care about the tenants here. The management is also great and very easy to work with. I will certainly be signing another lease.

I have really enjoyed living at Cedar Lane Apartments for the past few months. The management has been great! They have been quickly responsive to any maintenance problems that I needed attention to. My neighbors have been really friendly to me since I've moved in. They keep their complexes very well-maintained and really do care about their tenants.

My wife and I have lived here for just about 2 years now and find the place amazing. The facilities and the buildings are fantastic. The convenience factor for us is also unbeatable. And best of all, the staff is incredibly helpful. I would certainly recommend being our new neighbor!
