After 10+ years I am moving on. The quality and level of care has deteriorated significantly. The practice did not handle the pandemic well. And, today said I could not get an appointment until November for my dog who is whimpering and unable to walk on his hind leg. Not best practices, not even close.
Recommendedwhiskey had his first visit today at Cedar Lane. the staff and Dr. Schaffer were wonderful. Tiugh now with the social distancing but they keot it very friendly. Dr. Schaffer took time and answered all my questions!

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever received at any veterinary office. The absolute worst. The simplest task could not be accomplished after 2 weeks and multiple phone calls, and I had to pay another veterinarian to repeat testing done at this office in order to get my dogs heartworm medication prescribed. Kind, caring, friendly staff and vets
Overall a positive experience at Cedar Lane! I rescued a one -eyed Shih Tzu and they were very good at getting me in to be seen right away. We did have a mix up with a lost medication dose but Dr Bacon gave me a call and got it taken care of. He also did a beautiful hernia repair that went very smoothly. I was happy with the results and how my dog was treated. My dog then developed an eye ulcer they were helpful in seeing him for and quickly getting him referred to opthomology when it wasn’t healing. I have actually just visited here once with my new puppy last month and have another one coming up. I've had to call a couple times for questions I had and just have to say I have never had a better experience with any other vet than with Cedar Grove. You can 100% see they truly care about the animals they treat and don't just see them as $$$. I regret not having gone here sooner with my older dog. I am looking forward to this being hte primary care vet for my dogs!! Also, the vet techs are super nice and thorough!
