RecommendedI took my mom up for an exercise class with Caren. To my knowledge, it's Mama's first time to ever attend an exercise class. This class is great for mama because she's working on receptive language and cognative skills while at the same time working on her strength and balance. I even got a workout! We would like to share our wonderful experience with Cedar Lake. My wife had exstensive back surgery and was sent to 2 of the best rehab facilities in Dallas. Upon coming home she was really no better then when she had the surgery. After a month with Mark she is getting around and doing things we never thought she would be able to do. He is a great therapist that actually listens to his patients and does things that meet there needs not just a list of basic stretches. Joe and I have been attending the Parkinson's class for a year and it has helped him with his balance, and strength. We enjoy the class so much - we're all family now. Caren keeps the class moving, and changes things around so it's not boring. We never know what we'll be doing each day, Come join us - you'll see!

I love the exercise program. I have noticed that my balance has gotten a lot better.We have a awesome time to. Come and join us. I never thought that I would ever say that I have a good time going to exercise but we have a lot of laughs and fun. I really like it because it’s not all women and it’s not all men. It’s both. I attended a class taught by Caren Anthony at family fitness with my niece..this was the absolute most fun I have had in a long time! When you think about going to the gym, you can’t imagine that it would be fun! Caren kept everyone involved, and made it so much fun..We probably burned as many calories laughing as we did exercising..I cannot wait to get more of my family involved in this class!! It was seriously the highlight of my week!! Thank you Caren for all that you do, making fitness fun for all ages!!! I loved it!!
