RecommendedJust a massive shout out to all the staff on site tonight with the unfortunate fire at the enclave. “Tricia” and the staff there did such amazing things to keep the residents safe! Truly inspirational. I saw the fire and was able to stop in before the fire trucks and everyone arrived to offer assistance. I went to visit my mother today at this so called assisted living and memory care place. My mother’s room was disgusting it was dirty you could tell it hadn’t been cleaned in forever. This wasn’t new dirt it was old. Think again before you leave anyone you care about in this place.
RecommendedMy parents have been living here for about 6 months. They love it so much! It has been the perfect solution for them. They are so active and have made so many new friends. There is always an activity to do! The staff are always friendly, welcoming and helpful!The daily dining room options are always great!! They loved it so much that they encouraged my mother-in-law to move here as well! She loves it, too!! They describe it as living on a cruise ship permanently!!

There are a number of items that concern me about this community since it opened. Most recent is that the mgmt. team is not taking responsibility for cleaning bird droppings from the residents' decks. Bird droppings are a known source of parasites and fungus. In addition the food services have diminished greatly since opening. It is not infrequent that menu items are not available to residents who do not show up from the meal early. RecommendedMy mom has been very happy here in her own apartment, which she likes to manage herself, while engaging in the many social activities available. She loves the staff and feels safe and secure. She is always telling us how happy she is to be here.
