My mother in law moved in past June.Constant problem with the staff.Not recommend.She is moving out ASAP.
My Mother has been at Cedar Lake for 6 months and our experience has been only positive. The staff is professional and very kind. The facility is immaculate and beautifully decorated. Food service and daily activities are amazing. Thank you Cedar Lake for going above and beyond to provide my Mom with an environment that really feels like home. You are the best!
I haven't started working for this community yet. But I can tell by the staff that I did meet, it will be a great place to work at. The staff and coordinator that I met are very warm and welcoming to new possible hires! It makes me even more excited and eager to start with this company! Even got to meet a couple residents. They seem genuinely happy there. I truly believe I made the right choice to join their team!
Mom moved in this past June. Best decision ever!!! At our first visit mom looked around at the facility and said it felt like a home, or even better a seaside resort (she is from the east coast). The caring staff are wonderful. Not only do they know her and engage her, they also who we are and are more than happy to assist us with any requests we make. What comfort knowing that she has excellent 24/7 care!
We moved Joe McIntyre into Cedar Lake Assisted Living in Lake Zurich in June. He likes living there. He gets 3 nutritious, hot meals every day and the nurses take care of his medicine. This takes away a lot of worry for us. The staff are always pleasant and friendly. The nurses are very helpful with his changing medication needs. They notify the doctor when his blood sugars are high, so his medicine can be adjusted. And finally, we know that it is less expensive than some other places
The staff takes wonderful care of my mom - I don't ever worry about her and she loves all the activities they offer daily. Moving her into assisted living was a tough decision, but everyone here made it much easier!
Both of my parents moved into Cedar Lake June 2016. Cedar Lake's staff is just the best. They truly care about my parents as well as every other resident. As we have experienced various health issues with my parents, Cedar Lake has been there with us every step of the way - everyday. They are willing to help and always do what is best for my parents. They are very patient and kind. Placing my parents at Cedar Lake has been the best decision my family has made for my parent's continued care.
