It's been a month since I reported a leak in the roof and they still haven't done anything about it. The snow is never plowed (to the point I hand shoveled the entrance because cars were stuck!), and their new maintenance guy looks like he just got out of jail. This apartment complex charges 30% more than any other apartment or townhome complex, yet can't do the simplest maintenance. The front desk is great, but that's where the service ends.
